About CliniDash

Our Story

The roots of CliniDash go back to 1999 in Kerala, India, where a group of engineers fresh out of college launched a global software services business focused on internet technologies. Early success came quickly—we built a strong reputation for delivering quality software with high customer satisfaction and repeat business across international markets.

But like many early-stage ventures, scaling proved challenging. As the team expanded and global client needs grew, several of us relocated to different parts of the world. Recognizing that deeper domain expertise and broader experience were essential to building something truly enduring, we made a deliberate choice: pause the venture and grow individually as technologists, operators, and leaders.

Over the next two decades, we worked across critical industries—healthcare, life sciences, cybersecurity, automotive, manufacturing, finance, and telecom—solving real-world problems in high-stakes environments. From CTOs and consultants to researchers and engineers, we led digital transformation efforts, drove operational efficiency, and adopted AI before it was fashionable. Many of us were already applying AI in production use cases well over a decade ago.

Now, the timing is perfect to come back together. The convergence of healthcare needs, regulatory pressure, digitization, and AI maturity has created a window of opportunity—and we are uniquely positioned to seize it.

That’s why we created CliniDash: a company purpose-built to deliver AI-powered, patient-centered solutions for clinical trials and healthcare workflows. Our goal is to simplify the complexity, improve speed to insight, and create platforms that scale with customer needs—all while maintaining the highest standards in security, compliance, and usability.
